Hey Toddy-o and Alex. We're still up in the mountains in northern Calif. A couple more weeks to finish up some stuff then we'll retreat to the south and the sun. Today I drove down to Mt Shasta City for an appointment and when I came back outside it was raining some cold rain...well, it is September after all...so I headed over to the local grocery and came out to even colder rain. Headed back up to our motorhome north of Weed and hit Black Butte summit......much to my aghast mind, the rain was coming down in giant white splats on my windwhield. Now I don't know what you San Francisco people think about giant white splats, but this old Kansas/Colorado gal recognizes this as SNOW! I don't do snow....realize you always loved it and were constantly sliding down ungodly slopes covered with it.....but I don't DO snow. Unfortunately, I need to deal with it for another week or two but will then head south. Thinking of you hourly and urging my most stubborn nephew to just wake up and come back to us. Know you'll do it when you're ready. Love you lots. Aunt Jane .
